[ACM-W] "Computing's too important to be left to men"

In addition to the BCS Lovelace Medal, Karen was also named the winner of
the ACM Allen Newell Award and the ACMW Athena Lecturer award just within
the last month.

Sadly, I just got news that Karen Spärck Jones died this morning.

Although she did live long enough to learn how valued her work was, its
unfortunate that she isn't with us to celebrate these accomplishments.
