Dimension & Scope:

Participate in the design; development and maintenance of a computer system
(may include IVR and CTI systems); as designated by a Manager or a
group/team leader; fulfilling the approved technical and design
specifications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and review program specifications based on technical and design
specifications from the manager or team leader.
Write computer programs, assemble and create unit test data to test program
decision processes prior to turnover for Quality Assurance testing.
Analyze problems in terms of application system and programming
requirements.
Make modifications to the programs to ensure that the program meets the
specifications and conforms to the overall system.
Produce and maintain program documentation.
Perform basic investigation and research of system environments (i.e.,
reporting systems, switching systems, computer systems, etc.) to assist in
resolving existing program problems or identify solutions to new business
requirements.
Make necessary modifications for systems that have been centrally developed
by analyzing the program, determining the problem, and applying the
corrective procedure.
Establish maintenance procedures for the system.
Participate in training programs.

Education & Professional Certifications:

Entry into TCP
Associate's Degree in related technical discipline
And
Two years relevant experience
Or
Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline
Or
Bachelor's Degree in non-technical discipline
And
Two years relevant experience
Or
Four-years relevant experience without college degree

Movement within TCP
Minimum two years experience in A4 Level TCP position.

Candidate Profile:
The position requires proficiency in at least one relevant programming and
control language.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Must have proficiency with various software application programs including
Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Customer service and detail oriented
Strong technical aptitude
