Dear Student Leaders,
This *Tuesday, April 22nd, *Ohio Staters, Inc. would like to challenge all
students to take some time to think about *what makes you happy?*

Recent statistics show that nearly half of all college students have been so
depressed in the past year that they have been unable to function; in an
effort to bring light to and combat startling statistics like this thatpoint
to rising levels of depression and suicide amongst college students, we ask
that you as student leaders *join us in the movement* to reflect on what
makes you happy and incorporate these activities into your life.

"BestDay of Your Life" is an initiative coordinated by students who
recognize that there is a critical need for change in today's mindset about
depression.

>From 8am-4pm you will see a student led campaign across campus with
activities such as a "high-five movement", DJ stations across campus, a nice
cream truck, "swag" mobiles surprising students with free gifts,a giant
rubber duck on the oval, and messages chalked across campus challenging
students to consider what makes them happy... among many other surprises!

*We ask that you, as the leaders within our student body, help to spread the
word about this effort and to help your peers understand why this movement
is occurring.
