Graduate and Undergraduate Students successfully completing the course will:

• Gain an understanding of the Four Pillars of Splendid Leadership

• Recognize the differences between Management and Leadership

• Have a working knowledge of Collaborative Leadership

• Appreciate the leadership implications of the Multi-Generational Workforce

• Distinguish among Leadership Styles

• Be exposed to government and industry leaders from engineering
organizations

This new course is being sponsored by Dean
Baeslack and the Engineering Education Innovation
Center. The instructors, Vincent J. Russo, Ph.D.,
and Donna J. Back, CEC, have a collective 80+
years of experience at various levels within
technical organizations and will be joined by
guest executive lecturers including our own, Dr.
William A. (Bud) Baeslack, II. Knowledge will be
conveyed utilizing action learning techniques
including lectures, handouts, case studies, exercises and discussions.
In today's fast-paced, ever changing engineering
environment, all leaders need this "edge".
