The rate would really depend on the size and complexity of the website. I
can send it along to acm-w though and the respondents can talk to Cynthia
about pay.

I’ve been given the challenging task of designing and building a website for
my car club.  Is there a group of students or a single student in the CIS
department or on campus that provide assistance with this kind of task?  I
suppose it may also fall under marketing and communications, but I thought
