Sterling, Ohio. Attendees will be women majoring in computing fields and enrolled in universities and colleges from all over Ohio. The OCWIC Planning Committee is pleased to announce that the OCWIC2007 keynote speaker will be Dell CIO, Susan Sheskey Ms Sheskey is a Miami University alumna, who has worked for *Dell* for over 13 years. Before being named Chief Information Officer, Sheskey served as vice president of information technology for *Dell's* Americas region in which capacity she was responsible for the development, deployment and support of *Dell* Global Sales, Services, Manufacturing and Fulfillment Systems. There even some good news for women in computing: Gender pay gaps are narrowing. Women are earning more than male counterparts in some jobs.
