[opensource-announce] ArchE Week Volunteering

For all students still at Ohio State,

ArchE week volunteering is one of the ways we secure significant funding for
our club.  The target is for every member to volunteer for one hour in order
to maintain funding.  Some will do more, some less I'm sure, but if you care
to just do your part then get an hour in.  One volunteer hour is not so much
to ask so that you can get free pizza at all of our meetings.

ArchE week is April 20th - 24th, aka this week.  The details are below.
Email me back which shifts you would like to do, and I will make sure we get
these hours.  There are no caps on the amount of volunteers they need, so
don't worry about that. Just let me know asap, as in by Sunday night.  That
means you should probably just figure this out right now.  Sorry for the
rush here, but it is what it is, I didn't get this information until 30
minutes ago...

set up

M: 9 – 9 30pm. 5 – 10 people who can set up the guitar hero equipment.

T: 7 – 7 30pm. 5 people who can set up the popcorn machine and movie.

R: 5 – 5 30pm. 7 – 10 people who can set up the grill, food, corn hole.



*t shirts*

M: 9 15 – 11 30pm.

T: 7 15 – 10 30pm

W: 6 15 – 10pm

R: 5 15 – 8pm

3 people who can sit at the t shirt table and sell the shirts. this applies
to all days.



*tear down*

M: 11 15 – 11 45pm. 5 – 10 people who can tear down the guitar hero
equipment.

T: 10 15 – 10 45pm. 5 people who can tear down the popcorn machine and
movie.

R: 7 45 – 8 15pm. 7 – 10 people who can tear down the grill, food, corn
hole.



*food*

M: someone who can buy snack food

W: someone who can buy healthy snack food

R: a couple of people who can buy the cookout food
