[opensource] FUBAR - Radeon Drivers

I had no trouble with the proprietary drivers. I just followed this
tutorial.

stall_the_8.28.8_Driver_the_Ubuntu_Way . Basically when you run fglrxinfo it
shouldn't say MESA. If it does, you messed something up. That guide also has
links to how to fix certain problems.

So I installed the proprietary Radeon driver thinking it might make the 
"Desktop Effects" in Feisty run a little better, now it just plain 
doesn't work at all. Any ideas on how to revert to whatever the hell 
driver it was using before ?
