[opensource] More Blogvertisements: Graphs + LaTeX

Cause I had to use it for an assignment recently and Jim gave the
awesome presentation on LaTeX, I wrote an entry about how to incorporate
graphs made in Octave (like Matlab, but more GNUey) in your LaTeX
documents. Also because the documentation online is hella old and needed
updated.
