[opensource] ACM Computer Bowl - time moved

Alright, it appears that the ACM Computer Bowl (students vs. faculty) has moved to Thursday the 31st; I've CC'd the people who are currently signed up but some people might not be able to participate now that the time has moved - let me know if this is the case, or if you *can* participate now that the time is moved!
