[opensource] New Web Browser

[Brian Swaney]

Tried it. It installed, but then didn't open in Wine. Either 
Windows/Mac, or a virtual machine would run it. I guess it doesn't have 
anything to hook on startup, and not getting an all-clear from the OS, 
doesn't open, but I can't say for sure.
