[opensource] Cleaning up MySQL?

Alright OSUOSS, does anyone know how to do anything about a MySQL database that's growing too big? I can't tell (though I have a pretty good idea) which tables are taking up the most disk space, and there may be a "clean up the files" command I'm missing. Thoughts? The database is only connected to Wordpress and Roundcube webmail, but it's using up 1.8 GB
