[opensource] Appending list of files to CVS log message

Hi all

Does anybody know if there is an easy way to tell CVS to append a list
of the affected files to the end of a commit message?  In other words,
I want the commit message to consist of something like this:

<snip>

Some comments from the user.
More commments.
-----------------------------------------------
/path/to/file1
/path/to/another/file
/path/to/third/file

</snip>
